Integrated Report 2021

As we entered the endemic stage of the global epidemic and were dealing with its economic and social aftershocks, geopolitical events added a new security dimension now felt disproportionately in our region by all our stakeholders. In addition to the damage caused to international supply chains and production imbalances, the tragedy currently unfolding north of the Black Sea once again underscores the importance of adopting all of the Sustainable Development Goals as quickly as possible. In this report, we bring to our stakeholder's attention the ways in which we are transforming our
corporate culture by using an integrated approach, and describe how we intend to play our part in the global transformation by demonstrating leadership in our particular niche.

In 2020, we began working remotely as a response to the security concerns brought on by the Covid-19
epidemic, and in 2021, we transitioned to a hybrid working system as vaccines were deployed to slowdown the outbreak. After a year of spent working between four walls and socializing through screens only, the improvement in mood and the spike in efficiency caused by a cautious return to the office experienced by all our stakeholders reveals the
likelihood that hybrid working is here to stay. As we continue to look forward to achieving our goals; we hope that the days when our dreams and values are able to flourish -not just in 'hybrid' form but fully are near, and that the time when we can live in peace with our loved ones is not too far off either...
