Novel Corona Virus Covid-19 adn Business Continuity

Dear Clients,

As all employees representing Mazars Denge, we bear the responsibility of our humanitarian duty to prevent the Corona Virus from spreading rapidly. In the light of this awareness, we would like to draw your attention to the measures intended for ensuring our business continuity based on our principle "People first! Health first!" in line with the declaration of the New Corona Virus Covid-19 as a pandemic by the World Health Organization and the relevant press release of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey:

Our office is open with minimum staff between 09:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. but we have planned most of our operations with remote access.

• We have taken the necessary administrative, hygiene and medical measures for the health and safety of our employees, clients, suppliers and our entire environment.
• We have transformed all of our meetings from physical to virtual meetings. If necessary, we can communicate through Zoom (or another software of your choice).
• We have reduced our cargo shipments and cargo admissions as much as possible.
• We have suspended all of our travels.

As you will appreciate, we want to bring your attention to the fact that there may be disruptions in our services even if we think that we have taken all the necessary measures under exceptional conditions that we are all going through and accordingly, there may be pecuniary and non-pecuniary losses. You can be sure that we will show our utmost care and effort to minimize these losses.

These measures have been set and put into practice by using the guidelines of Mazars Global. If deemed necessary, our measures will be fortified. Implementation of the measures is of great importance for the health of every one of us and ensuring business continuity.
