Sau Lai is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has more than 25 years of experience as tax professional practitioner, which included about 19 years of service at an international accounting firm. Her expertise is in tax compliance.

She has managed and served clients from multinational companies and small and medium enterprises in wide range of industries. Her professional and industry experience includes corporate tax advisory on matters related to transfer of business, cross border transactions, withholding taxes, permanent establishment, tax incentives, investment holding companies, real property gains tax, stamp duty, real estate investment trusts and restructuring exercises.
