Forvis Mazars澳大利亞的合夥人Jamie Towers在其網路廣播節目中強調了平衡當今需求和展望未來的重要性。他提到: “作為一個團隊,我們不僅只是幫助客戶獲得現有的政府支持,我們也要幫助他們解決其他問題,比如現金流規劃、債務談判以及與業主溝通等等。
他又補充道: “我們正在進入應對新冠疫情及其經濟衝擊的新階段。在這一階段,企業至少需要為他們未來12個月的收入情況做好現金流預測。"
私營企業全球主管Gareth Jones認為關鍵是要專注於你的團隊,"看看你的後備力量——那些仍然還留在企業的人。想想你的員工,你有改變商業模式的技能嗎? 你有充足的人員去實施嗎? "
他又補充道"同時也要考慮創新你的商業模式。在英國酒店業,我們目睹了許多的企業迅速採取行動,利用了放寬的外賣規則,同時推出了送遞和取餐的應用軟體。這些都是企業應該採取的積極措施——由於新冠危機,數位化的進步成為現實。"
來自Forvis Mazars愛爾蘭的執行合夥人Mark Kennedy被問到他的客戶是如何受到影響時答到: "我們看到主要參與者積極為客戶提供支援,比如債務償還期延展計劃、帶薪假期,保險公司甚至針對未使用的保險推出了退款服務。在12 到18個月後,回首過去,我們將看到贏者和輸者。誰將會是贏者呢? 就是那些改變了他們商業模式以順應新興長期趨勢的公司。"
合夥人Brigit Jürgensmann 建議,當遇到加值稅改革時,需要保持警惕, "作為一個稅務專家,我一直負責説明客戶瞭解德國政府提供的延期政策和其他措施。在短期內,這些毫無疑問會有説明,然而,企業需要記住稅務機構已經開始計劃如何彌補缺口。他又補充道: "核心措施之一是臨時降低增值稅率。在理論上看起來有利於客戶的措施實際上會對企業造成很多損失。在短時間內引入這些措施可能會給企業帶來很多發票問題,而企業本身由於新冠疫情正在苦苦掙扎。"
法國的合夥人Frédéric Barat對此建議也有同感,他強調新冠疫情所造成的影響將會持續,"經濟方面的優先重點是保持就業和經濟活動。當形勢變得艱難時,我們必須與客戶保持緊密聯繫。我們將共同幫助企業獲取激勵措施,這些政策能夠幫助他們更加積極地面對現狀,重新預測和規劃未來。這個局勢還遠遠沒有結束——這才只是開始。"
