Mazars appoints Paul Joyce as Corporate Finance Partner

Paul is a chartered accountant with over 12 years’ experience of working on mergers and acquisitions for a wide range of management team, private equity and corporate clients. His work covers both the buy-side and the sell-side of deals.

He joins Mazars from Deloitte where he originated and led transactions across a range of industries, with particular expertise in business services and financial services, completing over 20 deals in these sectors. Paul was also responsible for leading the firm's corporate finance advisory relationships with large corporates, with a focus on the FTSE250. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2006, Paul worked at Credit Suisse and PwC.
