Steven Abbott Partner - Tax Advisory

Steve is a Tax Partner who currently leads our Tax team in the Manchester office. Our Manchester office has a successful and growing team of tax specialists that cover all areas of Tax including Share Schemes, Transfer Pricing, Tax Disputes, Employment Taxes and VAT.

Experience

Steve has worked in Tax for over 25 years. He focuses on working primarily with privately owned businesses including family-owned and private equity-backed companies. Steve is a Corporate Tax specialist who also advises on shareholder issues for his corporate clients. His work spans areas such as transactions, reorganisations, compliance, innovation reliefs and corporate debt.

Work Highlights 

Steve has worked with some of his clients for over 15 years helping them grow their businesses significantly through periods of change. His proudest achievements are when he has helped clients achieve their long-term goals through a successful family succession or a transaction leading to a new ownership.
