Sonal is an MCIPD-qualified Human Resources leader who brings over 15 years of experience from across a variety of sectors, including retail, legal, and professional services. She utilises her deep understanding of (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) EDI and commercial HR expertise to lead and deliver strategic approaches that increase belonging, fostering sustainable high-performance cultures that are agile and people-focused.
