Rebecca Dacre Partner - Restructuring and Insolvency

Rebecca Dacre

Rebecca Dacre, a Partner in our Milton Keynes office, is a licensed insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant (FCA) with over 20 years of experience gained in Milton Keynes, the Midlands, and London. Rebecca is authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Rebecca has helped many business owners and directors navigate through the difficult times that their business has encountered and is regularly engaged in negotiating with banks/lenders/financial institutions. Her secondment to a bank and subsequent project work for the Banking Consulting team here at the firm means that Rebecca is well-suited to navigating a smooth passage through what may have become a fraught lending relationship.

Rebecca advises owner-managed businesses and medium-sized companies across a wide range of sectors, with a particular specialism in healthcare providers, retail, automotive, manufacturing and engineering, and construction-related trades. Rebecca regularly advises on solvent restructuring and group rationalisation, together with carrying out solvent liquidations for family-owned businesses. Rebecca works closely with her tax team on these assignments so that the most tax-efficient plans may be put in place. Additionally, Rebecca carries out advisory assignments assisting businesses and/or lenders with contingency planning, pre-lending reviews, turnaround (both planning and implementing) and she has a network of contacts who can act as non-exec directors and part-time FDs/FCs if the business needs that support.
