Peter Bevan – Senior Credit & Lending Manager – Molson Coors

"Paul has provided sensible, practical case advice and been able to cut through some of the legal jargon that hits us from time to time in dealing with the more contentious issues.  This is because Paul has a fundamental understanding of our business and Carlsberg’s priorities. I have felt able to contact Paul for your general advice on pre-legal cases and you have reassured me over the years that “there are no stupid questions”. Paul's patience, tenacity and persistence demonstrable in each and every one of our cases are great qualities and have delivered great results for us.

Thank you for your help and support over the years, not just to myself but to others in our Commercial Lending and Credit functions as well. It has been effective and much appreciated by all.”

Jenifer Jackson – Recoveries Manager – Carlsberg UK

“I have known Paul for more than 10 years. Throughout that time Paul has had a steadfast presence in the local market. He is well-liked socially and respected amongst his peers. In recent years I’m pleased to say that Paul and I have developed a strong working relationship. As a person, he is extremely likeable; calm under pressure and quick to find the funny side in most situations. Professionally he comes across as confident and trustworthy. His straightforward style goes a long way to building an easy rapport with contacts; especially those that may be hostile or uneasy at the prospect of a potential insolvency.  In conflict or difficult situations, he instinctively knows when to be patient and when to be firm. He is among the best when it comes to hands-on practical insolvency advice and I would always feel confident recommending him to clients.”
