Foyaz Uddin Head of Data and Digital Advisory

Foyaz leads our data and digital advisory service line in the UK and is part of the firm’s technology and digital risk practice.

He has over 17 years of experience spanning multiple disciplines and across various sectors where he has led privacy, data, digital and AI advisory engagements for our clients. He is a Privacy & Security practitioner and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

He also holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and the ISO27001 Lead Auditor certifications.

Foyaz has a passion and interest in emerging AI technologies and is currently involved in supporting our clients with navigating the nuances of AI development, deployment and governance.

Foyaz has been instrumental in assisting clients in establishing trust programs and fostering a culture shift. His leadership has seen the successful execution of programs across the UK, EU, US, and Asia.

Foyaz has worked across all phases of Data Trust programs, from identifying business risks and challenges to crafting pragmatic and proportionate solutions. He has contributed to numerous national and international events, webinars, and seminars as a keynote speaker, collaborating with global regulators.

Foyaz's diverse portfolio is a testament to his adaptability, having supported clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, including Technology, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Financial & Banking, Manufacturing, Automotive and Education. His dedication in this area ensures that clients receive unparalleled expertise and guidance in their endeavours.
