Daniel Dickinson Manager - Corporate Tax

Daniel is a Manager and works in our London corporate tax team, principally on tax due diligences, group simplifications and tax structuring.

Experience 

He has over five years of experience in the Forvis Mazars tax team, having joined in September 2019 after graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Daniel became a Chartered Accountant in 2023 following completion of the ACA qualification.​​

Daniel works as part of the tax transactions team, working on tax structuring, buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects for strategic and financial investors. ​​​He also has experience working on cross border transactions and has worked with a wide range of clients from global corporate groups to owner managed businesses. ​He enjoys helping clients navigate complex transactions and has worked with clients on helping them manage tax risks identified through due diligence.
