Charlotte Wyatt Senior Manager - Audit & Assurance

Charlotte is a Senior Manager within our Industry and Services Audit team in Milton Keynes. Charlotte’s portfolio consists of AIM listed entities and large international groups, across several sectors.

Charlotte is the People Lead in Milton Keynes Industry and Services audit and looks after the industry and services trainees throughout their training contracts.

Experience

Charlotte started her experience with us as a placement student in 2013 with the Milton Keynes office, successfully being offered a place to return to continue her ACA audit journey once she graduated. She has continued developing her career and was promoted to Senior manager in September 2022.

Charlotte is skilled in juggling her portfolio of AIM listed entities and international groups, both of which have tight reporting deadlines. Communication is key for managing this and Charlotte encourages all her teams to be curious, conscientious and to always ask questions.

Her strengths lie in building relationships with her clients and team, enabling her to tailor the audit experience to suit all parties, achieve high levels of both client and team satisfaction, and deliver exceptional audit quality.

During Charlotte’s career at the firm, she has had two children. Our hybrid and flexible working policies mean that she has been able to return to work on a part-time basis, enabling her to achieve her personal and work goals in parallel.
