Advising on the sale of Location One

Our London Deal advisory team is delighted to announce that it has advised on the successful sale of Location 1 Group Limited (“Location One”) to Facilities by ADF plc (“ADF”)

UK provider of premium production facilities, ADF, has acquired Location One, an integrated TV and film location service supporting location and production companies across the UK. The acquisition brings highly complementary services to ADF which will provide cross selling opportunities to the enlarged group, as well as delivering efficiencies through central services.
