Paul Joyce - Forvis Mazars Paul is the Head of our London Mergers & Acquisitions team, focused on mid-market, UK and international transactions across a range of sectors, advising management teams and owner managers, private equity investors and corporates. He has significant experience of leading a variety of buy-side, sell-side and management advisory transactions, including complex modelling and deal structuring on cross-border transactions. |
| Alex Noel – Suntera Alex is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was appointed to the Group Board of Directors in early 2023. Alex joined Suntera Global as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2020 and has over twelve years of financial services industry experience. |
| Jon Jennings – Equiom Jon joined Equiom in November 2022 as CEO for the Group. Responsible for Equiom’s overall strategic direction and operational control, Jon is a hugely experienced financial services professional with a career spanning three decades and a variety of jurisdictions including Jersey, UK, Switzerland and Luxembourg. As well as his significant recent experience in institutional and corporate services, Jon also has an in-depth understanding of the private wealth sector. |
| Zach Mueller – JTC Zach joined JTC in 2021 with responsibility for leading the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions activity. Based in London and working directly with CEO Nigel Le Quesne and CFO Martin Fotheringham, Zach has a global remit to acquire high quality, complementary companies that grow and augment the JTC business. He will lead on all transactions from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through to post deal integration matters. |
