Changes to the Labour Code with effect from 1 March 2021.
From 1 March 2021, the definition of obstacles to work on the part of the employee prolonging the probationary period is being specified.
The probationary period is prolonged by the duration of obstacles to work on the part of the employee lasting for the entire day – when the personal obstacle lasts for the employee’s entire shift. For instance, the probationary period is not prolonged when there is an obstacle on the part of the employee which lasts only for a part of his or her shift.
