She has successfully helped many of our clients enhance their governance, risk and compliance frameworks across the insurance, banking, and consumer credit sectors.
This work has involved designing and implementing governance, risk and compliance frameworks as well as working alongside management to review the customer journey with a particular focus on claims, collections, and complaints.
