Slávka has more than 20 years of experience with auditing, accounting and consulting services gained within the Big4. Slávka has experience in financial audits of individual and consolidated financial statements (Slovak GAAP, IFRS), audits and reviews of consolidated packages (IFRS, HB II, US GAAP). She also handles other reconciliation work according to agreed-upon procedures (for banks or prospective investors prior to the acquisition of the Company), from the verification of merger transactions. She specialises in audits of manufacturing companies, agriculture, manufacturing, transport and logistics companies, car dealers, service companies, wholesale and retail, as well as experience with leasing companies. Slávka speaks Slovak and English.
