Igor Mišík Senior Manager, Financial advisory

Graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, Igor began his career in the M&A boutique SauterRentsch, where he was responsible for leading projects in the area of sales and acquisitions of companies. He possesses comprehensive know-how of the transaction process, from company financials, and business analysis and valuation, through identifying suitable buyers, to negotiation of terms with investors. Besides executing deals in the Czech Republic, he was also active in Slovakia. Since 2017, he has participated in the development of international activities under the wings of the international association of M&A boutiques, M&A Worldwide.  In 2019 Igor joined ROSE, a multifamily office aimed at hands-on entrepreneurial families. At ROSE he was responsible for wealth management and transactional services. Igor speaks Slovak, Czech, English, and German.
