Exceptions do not state that people could sit on the restaurant terrace or buy food and beverages through the window during curfew. There is a possibility that it will be released after November 1 2020.
Negative test is not required for the above-mentioned exceptions. Nationwide coronavirus testing will take place on October 31 and November 1 2020 and thereafter from November 6 to November 8 2020. The result can be proven by both – negative PCR test and antigen testing. It cannot be a blood test for antibodies. People can either pay for it in private company or they can take part in a nationwide testing which is free. Tests must not be performed before nationwide testing has taken place.
After this testing (from November 1 2020) the rules will be more restrictive. The curfew will be adopted again with a provision that a negative test will be required for the some above-mentioned exceptions in the entire territory of the Slovak Republic. This means that transfer to work, accompany children to and from kindergarten and primary school, transfer to post office, to bank, transfer to car service, transfer to the gas station, stay in nature within a district of your residence will be possible under the condition of having a negative test. (These exceptions will be precisely defined in a government resolution.)

All detailed information on the curfew after nationwide coronavirus testing is still being prepared.
