My personal conviction is that employees are the Human Resources, the beating heart, of an organization. Every day it is therefore a treat for me to be able to supervise HR projects with my pragmatism and at the same time my analytical skills. That means a lot of cooperation, analyzing risks but also daring to make choices together with the client. I use my creativity, my natural tendency to push back frontiers and above all my empathic ability to bring to the surface what is under the proverbial water surface.
