On 28 December 2023, Notification No.12 of the National Wage Committee regarding an increase in the minimum wage was published on the Royal Gazette. The wage increase became effective on 1 January 2024. The minimum wage increase ranges from THB 2 to THB 16 a day, depending on the province.
