Legal Practice Merger

Mazars Thailand is pleased to announce the the merger of its legal service line with the legal practice of WS & P Law Office.

Mazars which provides accounting, tax, legal and business advisory and, separately audit to a significant number of their clients, will now add legal litigation services to its client offering.

The merger with WS & P Law is effective from 1 January 2012. WS & P Law was established by Khun Wichai Somboonchokpisal in 2010 and has been very successful in providing litigation services to their fast growing customer base.

Making the announcement, Mazars Managing Partner Rob Hurenkamp said that “the merger will considerably strengthen our legal resources and enable us to provide clients with a somewhat unique range of services particularly when compared to our competitors”.
