20 December 2017 - On 1 January 2018, Mazars will reinforce its position in the eastern region with the acquisition of Ten Kate Huizinga Accountants and Tax Advisers. Under the name Mazars, Mazars and Ten Kate Huizinga will work together on the further growth and professionalisation of Mazars in the east of the Netherlands.

Mazars opent nieuw hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam
1 december 2016 – Mazars Accountants en Belastingadviseurs verhuist op maandag 5 december naar het Eurogate II gebouw aan de Watermanweg 80 in Rotterdam. Het nieuwe Mazars hoofdkantoor is een goed bereikbare en duurzame locatie waar de organisatie gaat werken volgens Het Nieuwe Werken. Mazars expands its partner team with Michel Kee and Ruben Freudenthal
1 November 2016 – Mazars has expanded its partner team with Michel Kee and Ruben Freudenthal. With this expansion Mazars invests in the further development of its consultancy services. Kee will focus on strengthening the GRIC practice aligned with development of GRIC in Mazars group. GRIC services are directed at the growing demand for advice and support in the field of Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit in the public and private sector. Freudenthal will join the Mazars Private Clients practice. The clients that Freudenthal services are primarily high net worth individuals and families, mostly with a background in real estate, retail and production companies.
Mazars elects a new board
10 October 2016 - Mazars Accountants and Tax Advisers appointed a new Executive Board, consisting of Ton Tuinier (chairman), Hans Viskil, Peter Hopstaken, Wim Lubben and Mark Lucas Luijckx. Mark Lucas Luijckx, specialised in advising private clients, has joined the Executive Board of Mazars. Now, its composition is even more in line with Mazars’ strategic ambitions and the international Mazars organisation, which safeguards the seamless international cooperation.
