Conrad Volker Partner - Head of System Organisation Controls

Conrad leads the firms' System Organisation Controls (SOC) services, assisting clients with their SOC assurance journey, whether they are new to SOC assurance and require help in readiness thereof, or clients who have a mature controls environment and an embedded assurance regime.

Experience

Conrad has over 20 years of professional services experience in most things IT Assurance but with a specific focus on SOC Assurance. He has worked with a wide range of clients, predominantly in financial services and more specifically asset and wealth management. Conrad also leads the third-party assurance (SOC) service offering and has a dedicated team to deliver these services.
Conrad has successfully assisted a number of clients on their SOC reporting journey from initial Readiness Assessments, including training workshops, through to regular SOC Type II reviews.

Work Highlights

• Establishing a dedicated SOC assurance team within the firm, comprising members both locally and in Delhi. His team regularly receive positive feedback about the strong relationships they have forged with their clients and the quality of work.
