New Executive Board for Forvis Mazars in the Netherlands

The new Executive Board underlines the importance of an inclusive culture in which quality, collaboration and integrity are central. About the members of the Executive Board 

About Frank Walta (1970) 

Frank has worked at Forvis Mazars since 1989. He has been a partner in the Audit & assurance practice since 2005. At Forvis Mazars, we actively work on changes in processes, systems and behaviour that are necessary in pursuing our quality vision. Since the start, Frank has been programme leader of the culture programme specifically aimed at the necessary behavioural change. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars, and from 2025, Frank will fulfil the role of Chairman of the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars. In addition, Frank has been elected as a member of the Group Governing Board of Forvis Mazars Group.  

About Anita de Casparis (1965)  

Anita has worked at Forvis Mazars since 1989. She is a committed tax advisor to family businesses and private clients. Since 2000, Anita has been a partner at Forvis Mazars, and from 2017 she combined this with a role as Global Head of Tax in which she leads the development of Tax at group level. This role ends as she will join the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars from 2025. Anita is responsible for the Tax service line and will be closely involved in encouraging a positive and transparent working environment.

About Mark Lucas Luijckx (1972) 

Mark has worked at Forvis Mazars since 1997 for private clients with his expertise being in international estate planning. He has been a partner since 2006 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2016. He will continue to be a member of the Executive Board of Forvis for the next four years. Mark is responsible for quality and risk management across the organisation and will be heavily committed to data-driven compliance and monitoring with a ‘tailored’ quality & risk framework across all service lines. 

About Robert Jan de Rek (1965)  

RRobert Jan has worked at Forvis Mazars in the accountancy practice since 1999 and as a partner since 2006. As an auditor of non-audit organisations, he has a focus on family businesses and the specific services for DMSs. Robert Jan joined the Executive Board in 2021. He will continue to serve on the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars for the next four years. Robert Jan is responsible for the Outsourcing, Consulting, Financial advisory and Sustainability service lines. In addition, he will focus on financial performance and operational excellence. 

About Consuelo Sedney (1972) 

Consuelo started as an assistant accountant at Forvis Mazars in 1998. Through the Audit & assurance and International Outsourcing & Global Compliance service lines, he became a partner in 2014. He has an international client portfolio and is responsible for Global compliance & reporting. From 2025, he will be part of the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars. Consuelo is responsible for go-to-market strategy and innovation with the aim of realising growth and an ultimate client experience.  

About Anouk Terstegen (1974)  

Anouk started in accountancy in 1997. In 2019, she joined Forvis Mazars as a partner in the Audit & assurance practice. Anouk has a focus on medium-sized to large companies and public interest entities in various sectors including Financial Services. From 2025, she is a member of Executive Board of Forvis Mazars. In her role as Head of Audit, Anouk is responsible for the Audit & assurance service line and will also focus on recruitment and learning & development.  

The Executive Board is responsible for implementing our new strategy. This is designed to focus on quality in all its dimensions. For medium-sized organisations, Forvis Mazars is the compact accountancy, tax and advisory organisation with short lines of communication and a strong local presence. For large organisations, Forvis Mazars offers international expertise and a partnership that can provide global support.

Recently, Forvis Mazars Group also announced a new governance model and leadership positions.
