About Nancy Bergmans (1986) 

Nancy Bergmans has been working in the tax practice of Mazars since 2010. Her specialisation is international corporate tax. Bergmans has extensive experience working for internationally active corporate organisations, both in the PIE segment and beyond. In addition to her role in the Corporate tax practice, she actively contributes to innovation within Mazars, especially in her role in in the innovation team.  

About Mariëlle van Dijk (1979) 

Mariëlle van Dijk will join Mazars as a partner on 1 September 2022. Prior to this, she gained 20 years of audit experience at PwC. Van Dijk is active as an auditor for organisations in the public sector. She has extensive experience and expertise in working for NGOs, charities, cultural institutions and not-for-profit organisations. In addition, Van Dijk holds various other positions and is, among others, chairperson of the RJ working group 'Fundraising organisations' of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board and member of the Supervisory Board of the Movies that Matter Foundation.  

About Mariska Hoogstad (1981) 

Mariska Hoogstad has been working as a Director in Mazars' Audit & assurance practice since 2016. Prior to that, she worked for 13 years in the (international) audit practice of PwC. Hoogstad is active as an auditor for both listed and non-listed companies as well as subsidiaries of international groups in various sectors. For the energy sector she is the contact person within Mazars. In addition to her role as auditor, she is a member of the national Mazars quality assurance team, leads the local audit team in Zuid-Holland and is a fraud coach within the audit practice. Hoogstad is also an inclusion & diversity ambassador. 

About Jeanet Makkinga (1971) 

Jeanet Makkinga will join Mazars as a partner on 1 September 2022. Makkinga has more than 30 years of experience in accountancy, which she gained at Big 4 firms. She has extensive experience in (international) audit engagements (Dutch GAAP and IFRS), especially in the industrial and real estate sector and the PIE and POB segment. In addition, she was a quality reviewer on various audit files and NOW assignments.  

About Mike Vrijmoed (1988) 

Mike Vrijmoed has been with Mazars since 2010. He specializes in international tax law and estate planning. His client portfolio consists of high net worth individuals and (owners of) family businesses. Next to his role as tax advisor, Vrijmoed holds several additional functions, such as board member of the International Private Client steering committee of Praxity and he is involved as ambassador in the Mazars Foundation.
