Transparency report 2023 / 2024
Transparency report 2023 / 2024
The transparency report is based on the European Regulation on statutory audits for public interest entities and must be made public within four months of the end of its financial year.
In addition to the mandatory elements required by the European Regulation, this transparency report provides a picture of our quality management efforts in the past year and thus an insight into our quality ambition and the results achieved.
The Executive Board of Forvis Mazars realises that delivering trust through quality in continuity demands a lot from our people. We therefore make unrelenting efforts to be an employer that attracts and retains talent. We make every effort to ensure that we offer talent a diverse and inclusive working environment in which every professional can fully develop; a robust training programme is an essential part of this.
We are aware that, in light of our quality vision and our role in society, additional efforts are expected from us as an organisation and professionals to further improve the quality of our audit engagements. The year 2023 / 2024 was therefore marked by the further development of quality management in the field of ISQM1 (the international quality standard), the strengthening of the Compliance, Quality and Risk Monitoring department and the further expansion of the Professional Practice Accountancy. We are also preparing to provide assurance services on sustainability reporting. Adjusting the quality management system and intensive training of our people are essential ingredients in this respect.
We hereby present our Transparency Report 2023 / 2024.
