From my role as an HR Consultant, I derive great satisfaction from successful change. To keep up with all the developments around us, we are constantly being asked to change. Some do it well, others have more resistance. Logical, because everyone has their own motives. With my critical eye, commitment and background in change management, I help people and organizations get from A to B. I do this mainly by always keeping in mind two convictions; manage the expectations of the people who need to change and ensure visible short-term successes to create and maintain support.
