Risk management and ethics

Our responsibility for the continued success of our clients and of our own business is very important to us. However, as leaders in a profession that we consider to be partly a public service, we also take our responsibilities to the wider world very seriously.

Mazars in Australia is bound by internationally recognised risk management, quality and ethical principles as governed by the Mazars Global Executive Board and Corporate Governance Council . Locally, our risk management and ethical framework is legally bound by the Corporations Act, as enforced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and ethically bound by Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand (CAANZ).
