Commencing at our firm as a graduate, Pei-hua has demonstrated consistent career progression through to Partner. Pei-hua brings years of industry expertise, providing comprehensive support to a diverse clientele within the business advisory division, ranging from privately owned enterprises to multinational corporations across various sectors. She is a trusted advisor who delivers significant value to clients through her exceptional problem-solving skills. Her dedication to continuous improvement, coupled with a strong emphasis on systems and processes and an acute attention to detail, positions her as a leader in business enhancement and innovation. She frequently spearheads internal projects, driving significant advancements for our firm. Pei-hua holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is also a longstanding member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
David Xu, Associate Director, Outsourcing – Sydney
David joined the firm in 2022 as a senior manager in the outsourcing service line and advanced to Associate Director within 2 years. With 15 years of experience, he specialises in providing end to end financial outsourcing solutions across various industries, including technology, financial services, and property. Passionate about process optimisation, David works closely with clients to understand their business and systems. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and holds a Master's degree from the University of Sydney.
Kareena Nihalani, Associate Director, Business Advisory – Melbourne
Kareena embarked on her professional journey as a Graduate Accountant within the Business Advisory division. Over the years, she has advanced the ranks to her new role as Associate Director. Susan Kamau, Associate Director, Business Advisory – Melbourne
Susan joined Forvis Mazars in January 2020 as a Manager in Business Services and has steadily progressed her career during this time. With over 12 years of experience, she assists clients at every stage of their business journey, from start-up to divestment. Susan tailors her services to meet the specific needs of her clients, ensuring that accounting and regulatory requirements are met without risk and in a timely, commercial manner. Her expertise not only identifies opportunities but also ensures that clients' affairs are managed in a tax-effective way. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in professional accounting and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Kino Xiong, Associate Director, Audit and Assurance – Sydney
Kino joined the Forvis Mazars Sydney team in 2022, having transferred from Forvis Mazars Netherlands. With 12 years of audit experience, he serves a diverse client portfolio that includes listed and privately owned companies, as well as subsidiaries of foreign-based global corporations. Kino has significant experience coordinating large audit engagements. His expertise includes sector experience in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. He has accounting standard experience in IFRS, AASB, and Dutch GAAP and is a registered auditor (RA, the Netherlands).
Stephanie Sheppard, Senior Consultant, HR & IR Consulting – Brisbane
Stephanie excels in HR and employee relations with over 10 years’ experience in HR roles and a focus on complex workplace issues. Her extensive experience in the health and community services sector has made her a trusted consultant for major non-profit employers as well as a diverse range of for-profit organisations. Her expertise spans workplace investigations, managing ill or injured employees, disciplinary matters, workplace changes, compliance, and job evaluations. Known for her ability to achieve client objectives with minimal disruption, Stephanie’s calm, methodical approach is highly regarded by her clients, who appreciate her focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
