Liliana Harris Partner
My years of experience as an Accountant in Australia and my legal background after working as a commercial lawyer in Peru for about 8 years, allows me to work with businesses of all sizes and identify opportunities, provide solutions and advice with a multidisciplinary approach.
I enjoy providing my clients with advice that facilitates the decision making process at different stages of their businesses. I advise clients on the most appropriate business structure based on their personal circumstances considering amongst others, asset protection requirements, maximisation of profits and business succession.
I work with businesses from diverse industry sectors such as property developers, transport, hospitality, service providers, professional and consulting firms, retail and wholesale as well as primary producers.
I have had the opportunity to be involved and deal satisfactorily with the Australian Tax Office during Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and GST reviews. I have also dealt satisfactorily on behalf of my clients with the State Revenue Office in respect of Land Tax investigations.
I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and have completed an accreditation as an Estate Planning advisor.
