Mazars Melbourne appoints HR Consulting Partner
In response to the growing need for HR advisory services amongst clients, Mazars Melbourne announces the appointment of Greg Halse to Partner of Mazars HR consulting division.
In this shift away from the traditional Managing Partner model, Matthew will join Jim Mascitelli, who has been at the helm of the Sydney office for the past 3 years. Adopting a Joint Managing Partner structure enables greater transparency across the firm and ensures that we are well placed to continue to look after our clients and the firm as we continue our growth in Australia.
Matthew brings 20 years’ of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Since commencing with the firm in 2001 as a cadet, Matthew has progressed his career within the Mazars framework and was named Partner in 2011, leading the Accounting and Outsourcing division. During his tenure with the firm Matthew has held various positions on boards and committees whilst remaining committed to his clients. Matthew currently holds positions on the Mazars Asia Pacific Board and the Australian National Board.
Matthew comments: “In this ever-changing world of business, we need to ensure that we have our finger on the pulse to have a clear perspective on the needs of our clients and firm, allowing us to actively adapt and innovate.”
Jim Mascitelli, Managing Partner comments: “The role of Managing Partner requires not only an operational aspect, but one that can actively adhere to the requirements of the continued growth of our clients and the firm.
“By sharing the responsibilities of Managing Partner, Matthew and I can devote substantial time to understand and acclimate to the varying requirements of our continued growth, ensuring that client satisfaction is our top priority.”
The appointment of a Joint Managing Partner is an exciting move for Mazars in Sydney, not only for our clients, but collectively as the firm embraces new technologies and service offerings to help clients succeed.
