Linh Thai serves as a Manager in the Financial Advisory practice at Forvis Mazars in Thailand, where she specializes in delivering valuation services for key business situations such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Her areas of expertise include business valuation, intangible asset valuation, financial instrument valuation, purchase price allocation, and audit support.
With extensive experience advising listed companies, private enterprises, and investment funds across Southeast Asia, Linh provides in-depth valuation and strategic insights across various industries. Before joining Forvis Mazars, she built her expertise at a Big4 firm, focusing on valuation services for M&A transactions and audit and tax support.
Linh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) accredited by the Corporate Finance Institute. She is currently pursuing CPA Australia to further enhance her professional qualifications.
