Raffaello Lombardi Audit Partner

Raffaello has developed a thirty-year professional experience with leading companies and assurance services. Graduated in Economics and Business at L.U.I.S.S. in Rome, he has been enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants (CPA) since 1990 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 1995. He joined Mazars in January 2017.

Raffaello was a consultant, administrator, statutory auditor, member of the supervisory body pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and auditor of several companies, with listed shares also, as well as auditor of municipalities.

Expertise

He has gained significant experience in auditing and assurance services in general, with leading Italian companies and international groups, in the fields of industrial, services, food, large-scale consumption, construction-engineering, automotive, real estate, commercial, cooperative, editorial, public administration.

His experience includes listing processes, supporting in extraordinary transactions, restructuring also under the bankruptcy law, implementation of organizational models in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
