Ivano is Partner of Mazars since 2016. He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Università degli studi di Torino and he is Chartered Accountant and Register Auditor for over 16 years.

Ivano is specialized in providing consulting services to domestic and multinational companies having subsidiaries in Italy, relating to corporate taxes and VAT.

His areas of expertise include domestic and International tax advice, tax litigation, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, business restructuring and corporate structure reorganization for Italian and foreign entities operating in the industrial and commercial sector.

During his career, he worked in the tax department of a tax firm in Dublin and in the corporate tax department of an International Network in London.
