Florian Grüner provides legal advice to investors and companies on all aspects of real estate law. He specializes in legal transaction advice, including project developments, forward deals, ground leases and joint ventures. In addition, Florian Grüner advises on issues relating to landlord and tenant law, condominium law, and the law governing real estate brokers and developers. In the area of real estate management, Florian Grüner provides support in the restructuring of real estate portfolios. In particular, he works for companies in the real estate and retail sectors as well as for municipal and non-profit enterprises.

Lecturing/teaching positions
