Andrea Gambardella Legal Director

Andrea is a lawyer based in Bologna and works as Director at Forvis Mazars legal practice. 

He assists national and international clients, companies, groups and PE investors in M&A transactions, including the assistance in the legal structuring of the operations, conduction of legal due diligence and drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements. He’s also experienced in advising on commercial contracts, debt restructuring processes, assistance in civil and corporate litigation and publicly held entities’ privatizations.

He formerly worked in a “Big Four” network as associate attorney with supervisory role.

He teaches as speaker in workshops, seminars and courses on insolvency and transaction law matters (University of Bologna, University of Ferrara, Chambre France-Italie, 24Ore Business School).

He’s fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
