Obtaining the Company Affidavit from all Banks
The MOC has announced that the Company Affidavit can be obtained from all banks in Thailand by e-Certificate from 20 January 2012.

The Government fee is 200 Baht, however this excludes the bank’s charge.
Please be advised that initially, the e-certificate can be obtained from only three commercial banks, Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank and the Government Savings Bank. Further this only applies to specific bank branches.
