Maria Mizzi Commercial Lawyer
Maria joined as a trainee in Mazars Malta’s Corporate Services Department in 2018, assisting in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, namely company formations, corporate governance, incorporation, liquidation and restructuring of companies, M&A transactions, continuation of companies, drafting of agreements, and statutory filing requirements with the Malta Business Registry. Upon completion of her pupillage with a top-tier law firm where she gained experience in several areas of law notably Financial Services, Corporate and Commercial law, Maria was promoted to the post of Commercial Lawyer with Mazars Malta.
Maria graduated from the University of Malta with a degree in Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2019 and a Master of Advocacy in 2020. She subsequently attained her warrant to practice law.
