Financial Advisory Manager

Key responsibilities

Financial Strategy: Oversee and deliver high-impact financial advisory services, including business planning, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.

Corporate Valuations: Lead corporate valuation projects, providing strategic insights and detailed analyses that help clients understand the true value of their business.

Deals & Transaction Support: Provide expert transaction support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals, guiding clients through financial due diligence and negotiations.

Business Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to develop business plans and financial forecasts that drive long-term growth and stability.

Capital Structuring: Advise on optimal capital structures to support business goals and growth strategies.

Client Engagement: Work closely with senior management and C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor on key financial decisions.

Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge financial advice.

Business Development: Support the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our service offerings.

Qualifications

You are a team player and self-motivated.  You have an analytical mind as well as an eye for detail.  You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills.  You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in a financial advisory role, ideally within a business advisory or audit or consultancy firm.  You are suitably qualified as an accountant and preferably hold a CFA qualification or equivalent.. Prior experience of working in the advisory sector is considered essential.
