Denise Fletcher | Denise Fletcher is a member of the Group Governance Council of Forvis Mazars Group. She is the chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of its quality and risk committee and audit committees. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Mastercard, Bowned, DaVita and Vulcan. She chairs the Public Interest Committee of Forvis Mazars in the UK and the Public Interest Committee of Mazars in Ireland. She is a member of the Quality Advisory Board for Mazars France. She has served on the Board of Directors of Inovalon, Orbitz, Unisys, Sempra Energy, EHL Ltd (Golder), Software Etc. Stores and the Hospital Group. She has chaired the audit committees of Forvis Mazars Group, Unisys, Orbitz, Inovalon and EHL (Golder). She chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee of Unisys and served on the Security and Risk Committee of Unisys. She also served on the Security and Compensation Committees of Inovalon. She was recognised by the National Association of Corporate Directors for exemplary board leadership. Denise is a member of the US Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York, the Harvard Club of New York, and the Academy of Women Achievers. Denise receives remuneration in respect of her roles on the Group Governance Council, the Public Interest Committee of Forvis Mazars UK and Forvis Mazars in Ireland and the Quality Advisory Board of Forvis Mazars France. Éimear Moloney | Éimear Moloney has a B.A. Accounting and Finance and MSc. Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Éimear is a non-executive Director on the Boards of Hostelworld Group plc and Irish Contintental Group where she chairs the Audit Committee, Chanelle Pharmaceuticals Group Ltd, and Kingspan Group Plc. Prior to taking up her board roles, Éimear held a senior investment manager role in Zurich Life Assurance (Ireland) plc for over 20 years up to December 2017, with responsibility for asset allocation. During her career in Zurich, Éimear managed the Irish, US and UK equity portfolios. Éimear previously worked with Bankers Trust Funds Management Ltd in Australia and also with Crowe Horwath, Chartered Accountants. Éimear is a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
