Gen You was born out of a vision for the future. Launched in 2023, it emerged from a reimagining of our graduate recruitment strategy. We didn’t want a programme that simply served as the next step after university; we wanted to create a transformative experience that truly kickstarts your career.
We designed Gen You with intention, ensuring that our approach, training and opportunities reflect the evolving needs of the modern business world. This programme isn’t just about professional development; it’s about shaping you into a future leader.

Creating our Gen You 2025 was a great experience for our Heroes. Each ambassador plays a central role in producing the campaign, from on-camera interviews to participating in video shoots, social media content creation and much more.
This campaign is designed to showcase their stories and their growth. By being front and centre, our Heroes gain a behind-the-scenes look at how media production works, an added benefit that helps them develop valuable skills beyond their day-to-day roles at Forvis Mazars.
Our ambassadors are deeply involved in bringing their stories to life. This experience empowers them and brings authenticity to our campaign. It’s also an excellent confidence-building exercise which will stand to them as they develop professionally.
The film production took place over three days and three locations, our Dublin, Limerick and Galway offices.
