Noirin Cahalane Director, Tax

Nóirín Cahalane is a director in our corporate tax team. She has extensive experience advising corporate clients across tax advisory and corporation tax compliance matters.

Nóirín works with corporate clients, including PLCs, multi-nationals and large privately-owned businesses, advising them on their tax affairs, corporate and group restructurings, company and business acquisitions and disposals, as well as supporting clients in their engagements with the Irish Revenue Commissioners.

She also advises on topical tax matters such as the Temporary Business Energy Support Scheme and relevant technical updates published by Revenue. She regularly presents internally and externally on Irish tax matters relevant to her client base.

Nóirín is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
