Profile

Charlotte Kulenkampff is a commercial and corporate law specialist and a Partner at Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars).

Her work mainly focuses on structuring and implementing national and international M&A transactions. She assists companies from the term sheet to the due diligence review, the drafting and negotiation of company purchase agreements, the preparation of signing and closing, and the completion of post-closing measures.

In addition, Charlotte Kulenkampff advises on (cross-border) restructurings, corporate actions and general corporate law issues. In particular, she consults on stock corporation law (e.g. board of directors and supervisory boards in connection with the preparation and conduct of shareholders’ meetings as well as corporate compliance and corporate governance issues).

She has extensive experience advising BaFin-regulated companies (esp. insurance companies and financial service providers) on regulatory issues.
