Linda Engelbrecht is lawyer and manager at Forvis Mazars' (formerly Mazars) Dresden office.
She advises her clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, in particular international business law, and works primarily in the areas of corporate and mergers & acquisitions. Her clients are primarily international as well as national companies and groups - with particular focus on the automotive and technology sectors - as well as the public sector.
The focus of her work is on structuring and implementing complex corporate transactions and providing comprehensive advice on cross-border restructuring. She has extensive experience in advising on the legal set-up and structuring of partnerships and corporations, in particular of company groups on the establishment and expansion of international corporate housekeeping.
