Tax seminar in Shenzhen: Introduction to private taxation & new Franco-Chinese tax convention
Benoît STOS, Managing Partner of Mazars Guangzhou office, and Vivian DESMONTS in charge of the lawyer firm DS Avocats, will make a general introduction to private taxation practicable in China and all advantages of this new convention ratified by France and Chine, practicable since January 1st 2015.

About the speakers
Benoît STOS, Managing Partner, opened the Mazars office in Canton in 2006. The Mazars Group, which is developing audit, accounting and tax activities, gathers 14,000 employers, located in 73 different countries. Benoît carries out audit, due diligence and certified accounting missions for European and American companies based in China.
Vivian DESMONTS, Attorney at law, opened the Canton DS Avocats office in 2004.
