With over 15 year’s experience in leading business transactions and raising capital, my focus is delivering effective and creative outcomes as well as bringing a pragmatic and unique advisory solution to each transaction.

As a corporate finance advisor specialising in lead advisory services, I take pride in utilising my extensive and closely held relationships with professional investors, financiers, funds and strategic buyers. I understand the interests of both buyers and sellers, ensuring my clients are well prepared for the business transaction and the due diligence process, providing support from start to finish on either side of the deal.

My specialty is in mergers and acquisitions (sell-side and buy-side transactions), corporate advisory, and capital raising (both debt and private equity). I have a wealth of experience across a wide range of industries in the mid-market M&A sector, with deals ranging from $10M to $100M.

Away from work, I enjoy farming, motorsports, the snow and rugby league where I am a qualified Level 1 Sports Trainer & NRL Coach. Although Melbourne is now home I’m a loyal Blue supporter. I have a passion for youth & disability mentoring and keenness for travelling.
