Alexandru Stanciu Senior Manager, Tax

Alexandru Stanciu holds a diploma in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange and a Master Degree in Financial Analysis and Evaluation, awarded by the Academy of Economic Studies - Bucharest.

Alexandru boasts over 5 years of experience in the tax area with emphasis on indirect taxation. On his professional path, Alexandru was involved in various advisory projects on VAT,   covering financial reviews, assistance during the tax controls of tax authorities, assistance in the preparation of objections to tax authorities’ decisions, compliance, tax planning and optimisation, due-diligence, audit, etc. His expertise also covers excise and custom duties. 

Alexandru works on various projects with emphasis on VAT, advising national and multinational companies, clients that act in various industries such as retail, transport and logistics, banking and financial services, insurance, real estate, renewable energy, etc.

He is fluent in English.
