  • Fully non-taxable income and income subject to thresholds in determining tax treatment—practical approaches, rules, and verification keys.
  • Employee reinstatement is based on court decisions, including calculation methods, withholding and declaring salary income, employer obligations, and payment/reporting deadlines.
  • Granting moral damages in labor disputes based on court decisions, in addition to related salary rights.
  • Tax facilities granted to employees in certain fields of activity, such as IT, agriculture, the food industry, and construction.
  • Non-compete compensation granted based on a non-compete clause.

Salary deductions: a comprehensive overview
