Mert Kaftanoglu boasts an experience of more than 20 years across various industries, having developed a diverse skill set encompassing management and operations functions. Mert's professional journey includes notable management roles in Fintech, IT, and Construction, in which he played a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Additionally, Mert has contributed significantly to the banking sector, where he led retail banking analytics and portfolio management, operations, and alternative channels among other responsibilities at different entities.

Mert's academic background includes an Executive MBA, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Fluent in English, Romanian, and Turkish, he possesses the linguistic versatility to thrive in multicultural environments.
